What are 2 fun facts about you?

I can crochet and I love writing with my friends (yes we did write an unpublished book 🙂 ).

Why did you join the AdamBots?

I’m interested in a career involving modern technology, and previous years in robotics sparked my interest.

What is your favorite team memory?

My favorite memory was when the entire team gathered to discuss robot design and strategy because it was interesting to hear about all the ideas and opinions everyone had that I might never have been able to think of.

What have you learned from being on the team?

I learned how to use more complicated CAD software (compared to the easier version I learned in middle school). I also learned a lot about what goes into making the robot (how much effort and time it takes) and how each part of the process is important to the overall result.

What is special about FIRST?

FIRST is special because it welcomes everyone, no matter your age or skill. It’s very fun to be part of a FIRST program because you can be surrounded by many people who will help you fulfill your interests in any area of engineering.

What are you looking forward to this year in FIRST?
